The Washington DC Auto Show for 2014

This is my only chance to see my passion all under one roof. .outside real estate of course!

The Washington Auto Show for 2014 will be open to the public on January 23 to February 2 and I already got my tickets ready for Friday the 24th

Cars are fascinating to me, as I seem to develop an actual relationship with my own car. .
For that reason it's a chance for me to get a close look at the impressive new models that will be featured at the show ▬ this will be a treat for me
I figured is like I will be cheating on my car..
so I'm not planning to drive it there. .
I'll take the Metro instead!

Some of the models being introduced will be:
Buick Regal, Cadillac ELR, Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
Coupe, Ford Edge, GMC Sierra HD and Honda Hybrid Accord and a few more.

If you like to go there. .
Here's all the information you will need:
Location:
Walter E. Washington Convention Center
801 Mount Vernon Place Northwest Washington D.C., DC 20001

This show is one o the most popular shows in the Convention Center
They are expecting hundreds of thousands of visitors this year.
Get this. . this is a chance for visitors to explore more than 700 new makes and models from over 42 manufacturers all at one time.

This car has caught my eye. .The new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
My wife does not want me to get a Harley Davidson for my 60th birthday for fear that I will have an accident. .
so I made a deal with her. .
I will have to settle for this dream car. .and she is somewhat receptive now. .of course,
I still have a few years to get there. .and sell a few more houses . .but it never hurts preparing your ground (argument)

Short Sale Agent in Frederick County Maryland : When should you move out during short sale?

Short Sale Agent in Frederick County Maryland
When should you move out during short sale?

Lets first begin the understanding  of:

What a Short Sale really is:
A Short Sale is the sale of real estate in which the sale proceeds is less than the balance owed on the property's loan. .. and the lender forgiving debt in order for the homeowner to avoid foreclosure.

Considering a short sale in Frederick MD? -- Before proceeding with this idea, you may want to know WHEN are you expected to move out from your house in a short sale?

Did you know that actually staying in your house while the short sale is processed could actually help you?

If the home is vacant, banks get nervous and is an incentive to accelerate the foreclosure process. .EVEN if we are  already in the middle of a short sale!

Reason being, banks know that empty houses invite vandalism
Then..
When should you move out in a short sale?

I invite you to watch our FACT SERIES VIDEOS to learn all about short sales  where this  video answers the question. .

Then your deposit is usually held in a separate account that belongs to the broker or in some cases, you maybe asked to write a check payable to the settlement company you choose to use.
