Interest rates still are under an affordable 5% rate that will be watched closely in 2014. An upswing in interest rates could be very harmful to our young real estate market recovery.
If you are looking to buy in 2014, our recommendation is to start early rather than later. Interest rates are very fragile in our market right now and could change dramatically at any time.
If you are looking to sell in 2014, our recommendation is to be realistic and don't take chances on the marketing of your home plus the pricing, These two elements goes together hand on hand for a successful sale.
